Weekend Incoming Yeah

Good to have a Friday.  Ready for a weekend.

Mediocre sleep grade for last night, a very standard C.  Same schedule, asleep around midnight, woke up at 7:00.  One earlier wakeup.  Sleep quality felt 'meh', no pep but not notably dozy.  Just all around very average and a step down from the night before.  Scale also ticked up after too much bread.

Breakfast:  Sourdough w butter, cojack cheese, orange juice, coffee

Again.

Lunch:  Deluxe sub

Work-related.  It was the option close to where I needed to be.

Dinner:  Soup, mash, parmesan cheese toast, 12 oz All Day IPA, chocolate milk

Cleanup.  Very carby.

Exercise:  Nope.  Hopefully this weekend, though it is quite snowy so it won't be outside.
