On we go.  Here's to a better year.

Let's start with a sleep rating:  F.  Total FAIL.  Not enough time in bed (12:30-4:30 asleep more or less), too much time in the recliner.  The net result has been that I've felt fatigued and just kinda crummy in general all day.  Two cups of coffee made no dent.  Planning to try to crash early tonight.

Felt like a little liquid disposal started already this afternoon, but nothing too crazy.  I think there is all sorts of holiday waste to be cleared and I'll be a few pounds lighter come next week.

Breakfast:  CF sausage links, orange juice, coffee

Standard stuff.  Glad I took the time to cook the sausage last evening.  You could tell I've been eating too much as there were times today when I was "hungry" when I would not ordinarily be hungry.

Lunch:  Brisket w hot bbq sauce, smoked mushrooms, a couple pickle slices

Had to travel for a work thing so I hit the good bbq place.  Expensive as always and they forgot to give me my bottled water, but it was tasty.

Dinner:  Sausage and potato soup, Cabot seriously sharp cheddar, 12 oz All Day IPA, a glass of chocolate raw milk

Neighbor brought me the soup, so I ate it.  Tasty.

Exercise:  Nope.
