It wasn't exactly what I had planned to eat today, but if I had just wrapped a couple tortillas around my breakfast bacon it could have been an All Taco Tuesday. Seriously, though, I might consider going even more taco-heavy. I was going to have tacos for dinner, but I decided to have them for lunch since they would be quicker than my half-thawed soup. And then I decided on breakfast tacos for dinner after considering various other options - soup, huevos rancheros with canned beans, eggs and hash browns. I'm satisfied with the choice. If I find that I can lose weight while eating more tacos I just might have to do that. The All Taco diet.
Anyway, a pretty decent night of sleep last night. Late going to bed - I worked for a couple hours and wound down very slowly - but slept through without incident and with no tossing and turning. Woke up for a split second in the 5:00 hour but really was asleep right up to 7:00. Wasn't real peppy, but felt decent. So we're going to give it a solid B. I could live with this though of course better is possible. Not quite seven hours.
I had extra coconut oil when popping my corn last night since I opened a new jar. I dunno how much stock to put into its histamine-fighting powers but I did sleep pretty well, so I will also continue to eat popcorn popped in coconut oil as long as I can lose a few pounds and it doesn't, you know, hurt my sleep.
Breakfast: Bacon, orange juice, coffee
Lunch: Home tacos
Standard stuff.
Dinner: Home breakfast tacos, 12 oz All Day IPA, popcorn, chocolate milk
All good. Trip to the farm tomorrow, weather permitting, for a new milk. Successful day for cleaning some things up - OJ, a package of cheese.
Exercise: Nope. Need to fix the schedule, or start working out in the evenings. I actually felt like I could have last night, except that I couldn't because I needed to go back to work. I'd rather do it in the mornings but the time matters less than just DOING something.
