Got It, Got It In

Another week.  Here we go.  BASS.

Sleep was a little tough to grade, going to give it a C.  Didn't fall asleep until about 12:30 despite going to bed a bit earlier.  Slept through until I woke up at 6:00, which was earlier than planned.  Did not go back to sleep.  Was tired, but not sleepy.  So far it's been okay, I guess.  A bit of sinus irritation but not much.  Scale ticked up again due to bad eating, but I did feel physically good about the little bit of exercise.

Breakfast:  CF sausage links, pumpkin bread w butter, orange juice, coffee

All good.

Lunch:  "Leftover" huevos rancheros

Same as yesterday, just with an extra egg and a lot less beans/sauce/cheese.

Dinner:  2x mexican 2x american tacos.  Later, another slice of pumpkin bread w butter and a glass of chocolate milk

All good.

Exercise:  Yes.  Again, bare minimum.  Walking on the treadmill, a few med ball things and a couple minutes on a bike.  Just enough to start a sweat.  I was going to go before dinner, but when I got there about 6:30 there wasn't a parking place anywhere remotely close (and I HATE walking on ice), so I went back after 8:00.  It was still fairly busy, but okay whatever I got it in.
