Oh The Lateness

Good grief.  It's nearly 11:30 as I start this, having just finished breakfast.  I think I can safely say that it will not be a day, nor a weekend, of great accomplishments.  I have very little pep and not much interest in doing anything that involves getting out of the recliner.

Sleep grade for last night is a C+.  I didn't follow the rules, I watched football until bedtime and drank liquid to stay hydrated.  Was late getting to sleep, around 11:30pm.  Woke up at 2:00, thanks liquid, but went back to sleep promptly in bed and did not re-wake for several hours.  Moved to the recliner at 8:00 for a couple hours but didn't really get additional sleep of consequence, just hung out on the border between asleep and awake.  So the grade is decent for length of sleep, no major sinus issues and only one wake up, but I'm not notably rested, so it can't be much above average.

Have to think that I'm almost done with water removal, though it has continued this morning despite a million carbs yesterday.  I ate enough (and enough starch) yesterday to not have a major loss, but still, considering the eating a loss at all is good.  The freezer is well stocked for the upcoming week and I just have to cook some bacon today.  One work dinner expected, otherwise should be set up for good eating.

Breakfast:  Lazy bagels w chive and onion cream cheese, coffee


Last of the cream cheese.  Will I decline to buy more so I can stop with the lazy bagels?  Tune in next week!

Lunch:  Brisket bacon and cheese tacos with sour cream


Cleaned up the last slice of brisket and an odd strip of bacon from the batch I cooked for the start of the week.  Tasty.  Might have a drink to celebrate the fact that I motivated just enough to start some laundry and do the hand dish washing.

ETA:  V-8 bloody Mary with a couple olives


Dinner:  Chuck roast, mashed potatoes and gravy, carrots, roll with butter, 12 oz Miller Lite, ice cream and cookie.  Home popcorn,


Sunday dinners.

Exercise:  Nope.  Another notably inactive day.
