Reversals

Tried changing it up last night.  Instead of starting with the bed, I started with the recliner.  Same general protocol, finished eating around 7, last liquid around 8, ready for bed and screens off by 9, read until 10:00 or so.  It wasn't easy to fall asleep, but I eventually did, probably around 10:30.  And I woke up at 2:00.  Doh.  Stupid bladder.

Couldn't get back to sleep, eventually moved to the bed and got back to sleep around 3:30 or so, slept until 6:30.  Lazy start to the morning after that.  So we'll give the sleep a grade of C-.  Just a bit worse than the usual nonsense, but not bad enough to be a failure.  Less sinus blockage which was nice - just enough to be a minor annoyance.

Otherwise, I continue to dump massive amounts of water.   Reversing those holiday gains.  Also having a minor medical issue that I'm not going to get into.  Not trip to the ER scary, but we'll see how the day goes.

Breakfast:  Lazy bagels with chive and onion cream cheese, coffee


Yep.  Always enjoyable.

Lunch:  Huevos rancheros bowl, 2 CF sausage links


Cleanup, finished off a package of tortillas, cheese, the sausage.  Cut the eggs back to two, since I had more beans and more cheese.  Also added sour cream.  All good.

Later, a piece of pineapple upside down cake my neighbor brought over.

Dinner:  Spaghetti and meat sauce, 12 oz All Day IPA, a glass of Stellar Organics Cabernet, chocolate milk


Eating has been a bit excessive today.  Tasty though.

Exercise:  Nope.  It was a notably inactive day.  Hoping for better tomorrow.
