Thank You Snow

Really glad to have had a little snow this morning.  Some fresh powder on top of the ice makes it easier to navigate parking lots and sidewalks.  Sure, you still have to be aware, but it's not as slick and not nearly as visually intimidating.  So hooray snow.  For once.  I'd still like a break so I can walk outside, but I did manage a couple work-related blocks plus stairs this morning.

Sleep grade for last night another C.  Pretty consistent with the bedtime, asleep around midnight, woke up about 6:15 after sleeping straight through to then.  Stayed in bed until 7:00, asleep, so I got almost 7 hours.  Very tired though, and it took quite a while to get going, which prevents a better grade.  Scale was ever so slightly down, it won't move much until I cut the carbs as I'm pretty wheatbellied at the moment.

 I made a workout plan for tonight, let's hope that I'm able to do it.

Breakfast:  CF sausage links, pumpkin bread w butter, orange juice, coffee

Not quite done with the bread or OJ.  Will need to cook some bacon tonight for the rest of the week.

Lunch:  Home tacos

Always tasty, quick and easy.

Dinner:  Home tacos, 12 oz All Day IPA. 

A very tasty meal.  Other than the tortillas it is even not bad for me.  The taco part that is.

Later, pumpkin bread w butter, chocolate milk.  Easily the best loaf of pumpkin bread I have ever had.

Exercise:  Yes.  12 min walk on treadmill, just over 1/2 mile.  30x3 twists w 10 lb med ball.  25lb x 10 x 2 dumbbell rows, bar only x 10 x 2 bench press, 70 x 10 x 3 lat pulldowns, 30 x 10 x 3 tricep pulldowns.  Total of just under 45 minutes.  Had to adjust my plan on the fly, couldn't do planned dumbbell bench or Romanian deadlifts or cable twists for various reasons, subbed the bar bench and tricep pulldowns.  Also reduced 3 sets to 2 on the rows and bench since it's been a while.  Satisfactory - more intense than yesterday but not over the top.
