Motivation Frustration

Frustrating morning.  I have lots of work to do but the motivation has been lacking.  Very lacking.

Sleep grade for last night was a B-.  Very late getting to sleep, after 12:30.  Stayed up watching the football game.  Probably good that we are almost to the end of the season.  Woke up around 6:00, dozed a little in the recliner.  No sinus issues, restlessness or anything else.  If I'd had a couple more hours it could have been a contender for the elusive A grade, but not to be.  Feel okay, other than the lack of enthusiasm.

Scale was up after a lazy weekend and excessive eating, but not as much as I predicted.  Need to do better.  I could have done without the popcorn but it did manage to (barely) stop me from fast fooding.  My pathological desire to eat is the worst.

Breakfast:  CF garlic pepper bacon, orange juice, coffee

Absolutely nailed the bacon.  Changed up my method, doing it on parchment (on foil) instead of on a rack and I like the results.  Evenly cooked and it took a little less time, only 22 minutes for thick bacon at 375.

Lunch:  Soup and mash, Cabot colby jack cracker cuts

Too lazy to do the math on the cheese. 26 slices in a 7 oz package, I had 6.  Will presumably have 5 the other days of the week.  So we'll call today an ounce and a half.

Dinner:  2x mexican 2x american tacos, 12 oz All Day IPA, popcorn, chocolate milk

Standard stuff.  I read something random this afternoon that coconut oil suppresses histamines.  I should dig into that some more.

Exercise:  Nope.  Schedule WAY off.
