So glad it's a weekend. I need a day away from thinking about work. That's not going well so far, but hopefully once I get busy with some projects I'll do better.
Another fairly average night of sleep. Grade C-. Pros, consistent with the bedtime, fell asleep without issue around midnight. Slept straight through. Cons, woke an hour early due to bladder, was very dozy after being up for an hour, sinuses inflamed. So all in all just a bit below normal.
I do need to not eat so much wheat, as the scale ticked up again. I'm think about going taco heavy for a bit, but what I really should do is some strict low carb
Breakfast: Parmesan toast, orange juice, coffee
Last of the loaf of sourdough. It was good but I just can't eat bread, it keeps me fat.
Lunch: Keto bowl, good crisps
Tasty but yeah, will have to give these up too.
Dinner: Spaghetti, chocolate milk later
Again. And good again.
Exercise: Nope.
