Phew is definitely the word. Made it. Crashed early in the recliner and slept through until 6:00. Moved to the bed and got a couple more hours of much worse sleep. It's nuts. I definitely appreciate stretching out, but between the draftiness and the (apparently) reduced oxygen from being horizontal, I just don't get rested in bed. Maybe once the lungs clear, I start walking again and lose some of this accumulated baggage it will go better. Or maybe it won't until the weather warms up. Dunno.
One sign it's going to be a decent day, it was not busy at all at the grocery store! That is VERY unexpected, usually I avoid Saturday mornings at all costs unless I'm going first thing which this was not. Win!
Breakfast: 2x McD egg mcmuffin, coffee
Late start, compressed schedule, okay.
Snack: Chx ramen noodles
I buy junk.
Lunch: Christmas party spread - sausage toast, bacon crackers, cheese, crackers and bar cheez, celery and ranch, banana bread, m&ms, nuts, almond pastry, uhh I think that's it.
Lots of it.
Dinner: Culvers mushroom swiss, fries, root beer
Yup.
Exercise: Nope.
