Half of Ten

Whew, glad it is Friday.  The week has been better than expected, but I'm still very ready for a weekend.  Work-filled or not.

Kept the same window last night for sleep but with only middling success.  I didn't have too much difficulty getting to sleep, I guess it took a little while, but not too bad.  But I woke up about 3:30 and that was the end of the deep or deepish sleep.  I dozed off into fitful sleep about 6:00 and was then tired when the alarm went off at 7:00.  I figure I got a little more than half of the ten plus hour window.  So it goes.  Still glad for the consistency and now I need to step up with some exercise.

Today's super deep duh thought:  I have no idea how anyone would consider cheese to be a self-limiting food.  I can eat massive quantities.  With many varieties I'm not even sure what the limit would be.  So I need to only buy so much!

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.  Good week for breakfast discipline.

Lunch:  Soup, toast, cheddar cheese, kosher dill chips


Same as yesterday.  I ate the cheese while the soup was heating so it's not pictured.

Dinner:  Home cheeseburger KMPO, Win Schulers bar schips, 12 oz Miller Lite


Pretzzel bun, american cheese.  Used a recipe for well-seasoned oven baked burgers and I was very pleased with how it turned out.  Leftovers tomorrow.  Still debating whether to have a little shake or some SF pudding, not sure I need it.  Edit:  Had a little shake, probably didn't need it.

A little irritated at myself for buying excess junk at the store, got the schips to munch while waiting on the burger and promptly forgot that I also got a bag of mix.  Doh.

Exercise:  Nope.
