Retained But Not Yet Retrained

Yeah, I ate way too much last night.  What I had mentally sized up for two meals really should have been divided into three, or even four.  I was never uncomfortable -- the carb count was modest -- but it was so excessive.  And worse, I'm retaining it this morning.  Hoping some coffee and activity will take care of that.

Anyway, a million things to do.  Definitely no day of rest today.  I slacked too much yesterday.

Breakfast:  Lazy bagels with cream cheese, coffee


Made half of the usual half batch, no leftovers.  Cleaned up the rest of my cream cheese, that, unlike many cleanup items, is going back on the list though hopefully for omelettes and not for lazy bagels.

Also, later:  Siete chips.  Another thing I'll need to give up to cut the carbs.

Lunch:   Leftover pizza stuff


I definitely ate more than half yesterday.  Of the filling anyway.  Still tasty.  I also had the heel of the bread I baked this morning with butter.

Dinner:  Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, cheesy green beans, 12 oz Miller Lite, mint chip ice cream

Sundays.  Forgot to take a photo.

Also:  Popeye's spicy chicken sandwich, cinnamon apple pie

Exercise:  Nope.  Although I woke up at 5:45 and got up, no chance.
