Yeah, no zip today at all.  Took an hour mid-morning and half dozed.  If I were not so stressed it would have been a full doze.  Frustrating.

Breakfast:  Homemade bread w butter, coffee

From the weekend's loaf.

Lunch:  Soup, home bread w butter


Standard.

Dinner:   Ham and salami sub, garlic cheese bread w pizza sauce, rice krispie treats

So stressed.

Exercise:  Nope.
