Well, there you go. I was quite worried about whether I would be able to sleep last night due to stress. I managed to fall asleep shortly after 9:00 in the recliner, but woke up before midnight. It took a while, but eventually I did get back to sleep and got something resembling a decent night's rest. And the stressful event is now past, I think. At least I'm as sure as I can be, a piece of it is beyond my control.
So tonight I plan to rest and recover, then it's full speed ahead on some of the stuff that's been languishing.
Breakfast: Home bread w butter, coffee
On the go.
Lunch: Italian beef sandwich, fries
Very tasty treat.
Dinner: Pizza Hut thin pep beef pork, breadsticks w sauce, 12 oz Miller Lite, home shake
Incredibly excessive. Sickeningly so.
Exercise: Nope.
