Deeper Possibly

I'd call that encouraging.  I think I was soundly asleep -- deeper as it were -- for most of the night.  Woke up at 5:00 when I finally really desperately had to go.  Dozed further afterward and in the end I believe I again exceeded eight hous.  Which is great.  Maybe not long term ideal, but for the immediate future I'll do what I need to do to get things back in balance.

Truly amazing how much unnecessary water the human body can retain.  Sheesh.  And I haven't even been low carb, just not eating thousands of grams in the form of excessive pizza.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.

Lunch:  Soup, toast, Cabot private reserve cheddar, pickle chips


Standard.  Toast from bigger loaf.  Didn't have any sliced cheese but I found a package of block cheddar in the fridge so I'll eat that up.  Good stuff.

Dinner:  Lentils, a very few mixed nuts, 12 oz All Day IPA, SF choc fudge pudding


More standard fare.  Was pleasantly surprised that my hunger was pretty well in check, no rush to move to the lentils after a single handful of nuts and the beer.

Exercise:   Nope.  I have hopes for Sunday.
