After a pretty decent day yesterday (other than the eating), it's time for a day of rest. I decided on Friday that I was going to try really focusing on exactly that, Sunday being a rest day. Oh, sure I may do some things - I have a load of laundry to do and a few of the usual household chores, but I'll do what I want and at my own pace. No stress, no fuss.
On another subject, I think I'm going to have to dial the dairy way back. Ate entirely too much of it yesterday. I am definitely starting to think that it's a major factor in sinus issues, I woke up super early with inflammation and a lovely low-ox headache. It definitely won't be an instant change since I just stocked up on quite a few things, but I should work at it.
Breakfast: Leftover lazy bagels w veggie cream cheese, coffee
Yup. Took a delightful nap afterward, really leaning into this day of rest thing.
Lunch: Leftover super rotel dip and Donkey chips
Early lunch.
Lunch The Second: Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich, chips and onion dip
As usual, way too much.
Dinner: Chuck roast, potatoes, carrots, gravy, rolls w butter, 12 oz Miller Lite, ice cream w choc sauce, Big Mac and fries later
Yeesh.
Exercise: Nope. Rest day. Was awake (and up) at the appropriate time though, so that's a plus.
