No Trifecta For You

Well, I tried.  Was hoping to get a third straight night of lots of sleep.  Went to bed on time, took a little longer to get to sleep which wasn't a big surprise.  But I woke up by midnight, needing to get rid of water.  Slept so-so until about 4, then very little after that.  I was not the same level of refreshed, not close.  Oh well.  I do think I'd do better if I could get going on some regular exercise so my body is more tired out, as well as continuing to be consistent with bedtime.   Oh, and I could get rid of the rest of the excess water.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.

Lunch:   Soup, grilled cheese, Meijer kosher dill pickle chips


Same as yesterday.  Standard stuff.  Now out of cojack cheese tho.

Dinner:  Qdoba brisket bowl, a few mixed nuts, 12 oz All Day IPA, home shake


A little excessive.  Decided to hit Qdoba to celebrate being fully mobile again.   Was delightful.

Exercise:  Nope.  Getting closer though.
