On The Case

So very out of routine.  I'm looking forward to getting squared up, though this week at work is going to capital s suck.  Slept in until 9:30 today and haven't done a thing since getting up.  

Breakfast:  Coffee, rice krispie treats, chips and onion dip

Cleaned up.  Predictably felt like garbage afterward, way too many bad carbs.

Lunch:   Qdoba brisket bowl


Phew, some protein on the case.  Good stuff.

Also tested out yesterday's loaf of homemade bread with butter, quite good.

Dinner:  Ham, scalloped potatoes, a little corn, rolls w butter, lime jello salad, christmas cookies w ice cream, 12 oz Miller Lite

New year's dinner.  Excessive.

Exercise:  Nope.
