I was pleasantly surprised to see the scale down this morning, despite eating massive quantities of brisket for lunch and having a shake for dessert last night. Good ol' Taco Monday. I should go on an all Taco diet (for dinner anyway) or something. Yeah, not happening, but amusing.
Got lots of sleep last night - 8h45 according to the snore app, which I just started using again for the first time since September. Of course being fat I'm a buzzsaw. Yikes.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Ham and bean soup w toast rounds, grilled cheese
A bit much. A neighbor gave me the soup, which was very good. I should have skipped the sando.
Dinner: Qdoba brisket bowl, 12 oz All Day IPA, mixed nuts, home shake
Audible. Tasty but ...
Exercise: Nope. Despite all that sleep I was still dozy when I woke up.
