Maxxed Sleep

Another night featuring a determined effort to get as much sleep as possible.  Went to bed before 9:00, was asleep not too long after.  Woke up at 3:00, slept more fitfully after that.  Had a few random short dreams but didn't stay in deep sleep for long.  Snoozed the last half hour until I pushed myself out of bed at 7:30, still dozing but I perked right up.  Felt as good as I reasonably ever do these days in the morning.

Also noticed when I was getting ready that I lost much of the dark circles under my eyes.  Two nights of excess sleep erased a lot of short nights!  I'm curious to see how it will look tonight.  And also if I'll be able to sleep tonight - the downside to getting extra is that sometimes you end up not sleepy come bedtime.

Also of note, I really had the hunger last night.  Add several ounces of mixed nuts to what I ate and that finally sated the beast but good grief.  Too much.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.

Lunch:  Soup, grilled cheese, kosher pickle chips


Standard stuff.  Homemade bread, cojack cheese on the sandwich.

Dinner:  Lentils, 12 oz Miller Lite, mixed nuts, home shake


I do enjoy the lentils.  This batch is a little long in the tooth but I think I'm almost done with it.  Maybe one or two more jars.

Exercise:  Nope.  Just sleep.
