Sometimes you just need to own it. I decided pretty early this morning that today was going to involve fail. And it did. And that fail is being compounded. Ultimately, I have decided to eat all the things today and get that out of my system. Start fresh tomorrow, new month, new rules. It's stupid, sure, but it's in progress.
Breakfast: CFA 2x chicken biscuit (1 w/pepper jack), hash browns, coffee
Second breakfast: McD 2x sausage burrito, hash browns
Lunch: Italian beef, fries
Dinner: Sausage and mushroom pizza, 24 oz Miller Lite, peanuts
Exercise: LOL no. And not just because it was ten degrees out there.
