Another very busy day that started fast and didn't slow until late. Tired.
Very cognizant of how bad this week has been and am looking forward to a weekend reset.
Breakfast: Bread w butter, coffee
A slice of the home loaf. Almost gone.
Lunch: TB deluxe cravings box, chipotle chx burrito, root beer
It was fine but I would have been happier just getting more chx burritos instead.
Dinner: Sausage black olive pizza, 12 oz Miller Lite, home shake
Again, wildly excessive.
Exercise: Nope. No change in condition.
