The sleeping, it's getting even worse.
Didn't get to sleep until after 1:00. Wasn't remotely sleepy even then, though I finally conked out. It appears to be a nice side benefit of an improved diet that I'm not sleepy, but it's wrecking my schedule. And then I woke up at 2:00 for a truck that visits most nights about that time with an overly loud backup beeper, at 3:45 for a minor foot cramp. Solved that by throwing on a blanket to warm the legs and managed to sleep until almost 6:00. The good news is that so far, anyway, I am not overly tired. Felt okay when I got up, nothing like yesterday. I'll probably crash later, but we'll see.
Scale down but not as much. Otherwise today is off to a solid start.
Breakfast: Sausage wrap, coffee
In a hurry.
Lunch: Double cheeseburger no bun, mustard & jalapenos. Meijer hot dill spears
Out of swiss so I went with pepper jack.
Dinner: Sirloin steak, Siete refried ranchero beans, 12 oz Yunegling, peanuts
LOL, I had the peanuts and beer when I got home, then dozed off. Didn't start making the steak until almost 7:30. Oops. Anyway, the steak did the job even if it wasn't great as far as steak goes. We'll see how the leftovers do. Liked the beans, ate about 1/3 of the can.
Exercise: Nope. I do think I might be improving enough to start with some walking. If I can go the rest of today and tomorrow without any interludes of feeling like death, it will be time.
