A bit more retention. Will be interesting to see how things go this afternoon, golfing in the heat.
Went to sleep around 11:00, woke up once for the stupid beeping truck, then again (or maybe it was the same time, not sure) at 4:00. I was oddly awake when I did - no shaking off sleep, I got up and disposed of a little water and felt more with it than I typically do at any time of day when I get up. It was kind of pleasant, though it did take probably an hour to get back to sleep. All in all it's been enough so far.
Scale was predictably up due to excess eating last night and retention. But not as bad as feared.
Breakfast: Cheese sandwich, coffee
This time with cheddar. The bread slices are ridiculously large this week, I really should cut them in half.
Lunch: Turkey sandwich, chocolate milk
Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs
Dinner: French dip, 12 oz Miller Lite, root beer float
Exercise: 9 holes with cart. Handled the heat a lot better than expected, really didn't sweat too much or suffer.
