Good No Loss

Some days you can be happy with no drop on the scale.  Today was one of those days.  I truly had no idea what to expect, if I went just straight based on how I felt in the moment I would have guessed up, a little puffy this morning.  Instead it was dead flat.  Given that yesterday was the best I've felt in a while, I'm happy.  Lots of weight to lose but I'm not going to lose it if I can't function.

Sleep was okay.  It was nice to wake up at 1:45 and actually be cold.  I had to grab a blanket.  When you have no functional A/C that's a huge win.  A very pleasant 70 degrees this morning inside and with no hot weather in the 10 day hopefully I can keep it there.

Alright Monday, let's go.

Breakfast:  Bacon wrap, coffee


Different type of bacon this week, I think it's Kentucky Legend applewood.

Lunch:  Home cheeseburger

 


Just the most basic thing, burger, american cheese, jala mustard. 

Dinner:  3 tacos mexican style plus avocado, 12 oz Yuengling

 

Now let's see if the strawberries are still good.

 


They were. 

Exercise:  Nope.  A little disappointed to be low energy/low grade fatigued this evening.  I walked over to get tacos but had no pep, was dragging a bit.  I think I may actually have to try more (smaller) meals/snacks.  Given that life is going to prevent me from going full fat-adapted ever, maybe that'll help.
