Mostly Noteless

Looking forward to the weekend but need to get through the day first.  Off to a slow start after another screwed up sleep schedule.  Again didn't get to sleep until around 1:00.  Woke up slightly before my alarm at 7:00 but it took a while to get going.

Nothing of note otherwise.  Scale down, system seems to be functioning more or less normally.  Not as much water loss as I might expect but it's still been fairly substantial.  You always wish it could go faster.

Breakfast:  Sausage wrap, coffee

 


Again.  Thought about making a steak wrap instead but did not have time.  I was not hungry when I woke up and if I had full control over my day I probably would not have eaten for a couple hours.

Lunch:  McD 2x McDoubles minus bun, ketchup and mustard.  Coke Zero

I really need a better on the go option but this did do the trick,  No bun consumed, just patties, pickle and onion. 

Dinner:  Leftover steak in butter, ranchero beans, guacamole, a few jalapenos, 12 oz Yuengling

 


I was psychologically hungry but not actually hungry when I got home so it was a good thing that I did not have anything snackable.  I would have eaten way too many nuts or pork rinds.  Leftovers were okay.  Cleaned up a jar of jalas.

Exercise:  Nope.  Mostly level energy today, just one small dip as I was getting home.  Improving, I think, and should be close to ready to walk.
