Another Lack Of Conversion

No, I don't really want to turn this into a sleep blog, but that's been what's on my mind lately.

Got to sleep about 11:30.  Slept straight through until a few minutes before 6:00.  Great.  Felt decent, disposed of some water, sat back down.  About fifteen minutes later I was ready for more sleep.  Very ready.  So I tried.  And, once again, failed miserably.  I really was sleepy but just could not convert it into actual sleep.  Finally started dozing once we got into it's-past-time-to-get-up snooze time, so I was predictably late getting going.  Feeling okay since, but good grief. 

Scale was down smartly, although it didn't feel like there was extreme water removal there must have been a decent amount. So that's good news.

Breakfast:  Sausage wrap, coffee

 


Again.  Only difference was using Pace sauce instead of fire sauce.

Lunch:  Double cheeseburger no bun, avo oil mayo, olives

 


Again.

Dinner:  Rotisserie chicken, Meijer hot dill spears, 12 oz Yuengling, peanuts

Hit Meijer after work so I wanted something fast.  Which is what I got.   Ate too many peanuts, need to not keep them within reach.

Exercise:  Nope.  I was pleased that I felt better this afternoon - I felt lousy when I left to go back to work after lunch but that passed quickly.
