Things Which Are Stupid

I don't have time to make a comprehensive list of things which are stupid but good lord do so many parts of my life fall into that category.

Anyway.

Scale was interesting after yesterday's failures.  It was ... down?!  And that's despite the system being backed up.  Also probably retaining a little water.  So ... okay.  It's still up from where it was earlier in the week, obviously, and that suggests that I'll have to actually re-lose it, but it still means that yesterday's reading really makes no effing sense.

Sleep was fine.  Was able to get to sleep earlier than I have lately and I didn't have any particularly noteworthy issues.

The main thing which is stupid is me.  I very nearly had a breakthrough.  I had two or three squares of pizza last night, maybe a third of it, noted how good it was and that amount was satisfactory.  A functional person would have stopped there.  I am not a functional person.  It was only a brief pause and then I gave in to the purely psychological need to eat and grabbed another square.  Sigh.  So close.  If I had that control maybe I could eat things like pizza and snacks.  But I don't.  So back to restrictive dieting I must go. 

Breakfast:  Coffee

I was not the least bit hungry.  Which is not surprising. 

Lunch:  Corned beef reuben, dill pickle, Coke Zero

 


First time I've been to the local deli.  It was quite good. 

Dinner:   Cheeseburger, fries w a little ketchup, 12 oz Yuengling

 


Small burger, little fries, still plenty of food from the local 5G knockoff.  They make a very good burger.

Exercise:  Nope.
