A Trifecta

Interesting only to me, the scale was exactly the same for the third day in a row.  Which is slightly deflating but then again also not that important.

Weird night.  Got home about 9:00, by 10:30 I was nodding off so I got ready for bed.  Was then completely wired for no reason and had not the slightest urge to sleep until well after midnight.  I think I finally forced the issue about 1:00 and slept OK after that.

Finished my massive work project, so hopefully tomorrow will look more normal.

Breakfast:  Bacon wrap, coffee

 


Always good.   

Lunch:  Jimmy Johns vito as an unwich minus oil plus mayo, dill pickle

 


Not the greatest but since I had no time to leave my desk it was the best option I came up with.

Dinner:  Qdoba double chicken bowl, 12 oz Yuengling

 


Wanted something protein heavy and not processed, did the job.  Brisket is better but was good. A bit more than I needed really.  And I'll say it again, if there was a seed-oil free Chipotle/Qdoba knockoff in my town I'd eat there at least three times a week.  Love a good slop bowl.  Actually if there were a Chip or Q in my town (Q is about 15 minutes away), I'd crush it.

Exercise:  Nope.
