Need A Third

I need a third day.  Saturday for fresh air and exercise, Sunday for rest, home chores and hopefully some more fresh air and exercise, and then a third day to do the work stuff I need to do before things ramp back up.  I'd be so much more productive if I had that one day.

Since I don't, life goes on.  I was pleasantly surprised to not be too wiped out yesterday, in fact I didn't really suffer at all from the lack of sleep.  Never even got seriously dozy.  Ended up going to bed a little after 10:30 and woke up briefly in the 5:00 hour but managed to quickly go back to sleep and made it to 7:00 for a total of eight hours.  Lazed about for a long time before getting going too. 

Scale was down smartly, makes up for the prior day.  And I know it's only a tiny thing, but I'm hoping that my appetite is a bit more under control - I was hungry, a bit, when I got up, but not enough to rush into eating things.  I took the time to get cleaned up, then baked the bacon.

Breakfast:  5 strips thick cut bacon

 


Made bacon for the week.  Had an odd number of strips.

Lunch:  Home double cheeseburger, no bun, Meijer hot dill pickle spears

 


Just mustard today, kept it simple.

Dinner:  Qdoba brisket bowl (light rice), leftover SF butterscotch pudding

 


Not what I had planned.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart.  Very disappointed with the energy level.  Was quite tired and easily strained.  It was warm and humid but still, very disappointing.
