Disruptions

My routine, it has been disrupted.  No golf this morning, so I was home when the power went out a little before 8:00.  Doh.  Did nothing in the dark for quite a while.  Finally came back on about 10:30.

Had a very specific craving last night after I posted, so add a root beer float to yesterday's tally.  Not good for me, I've done well to avoid most sugar, but it was a delight.

Scale up this morning.  Since it was dark, I didn't eat right away.  Or at all until the power came on.  Just another disruption.

Breakfast:  Avo oil tortilla chips, avocado salsa

Randomly found the salsa in the fresh case at the store last night, and it turns out they just started carrying Boulder Canyon tortilla chips, so I grabbed both.

Lunch:  CFA chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, cookie

Grad party food.  Didn't eat too much.

Dinner:  Qdoba brisket bowl, 12 oz Yuengling

 


Light rice, light cheese, otherwise the way I usually get it. 

Exercise:  Nope.
