Some days I'm annoyed when the scale is perfectly flat, but today I was amused. You change assorted variables, do different things, and you end up right where you started.
Obviously I need to make bigger changes in order to break out of this range ... LOWER, of course. For whatever reason it's proving more difficult than usual.
Nothing else of note. Slept okay. Tired this morning, took a personal hour to buy some extra time to get going.
Breakfast: Bacon wrap, coffee
Again.
Lunch: 2x McDouble, Coke Zero
Not a good morning. No pep at all, not even to fix a simple burger at home.
Snack: Pepperoni pizza slices
Dinner: Dominos deluxe, bread bites, root beer float
And it got worse.
Exercise: Nope. A rainy day.
