The ride rolls along. Keep all available body parts inside the car when in motion.
Not really a whole lot of note. I think my sleep schedule is just broken. Again was not tired or sleepy until well after midnight, I think I finally got serious and fell asleep about 1:00. No issues, slept with minimal interruption until the alarm went off at 7:00. Felt okay, if not peppy. It's vaguely interesting to me that I appear to sleep more lightly with no blanket but also have had fewer issues getting going. House temp is hanging right on that line where no blanket is possible, with heat coming next week I assume it'll become a regular thing for a while.
A bit surprised to see the scale down this morning. Ate quite a bit yesterday, three sandwiches, big glass of chocolate milk. I did get the moderate exercise, but nothing crazy. Also no major system outputs. But I will happily take it - as badly as I'd like to fix things on a crash basis that's just not happening so let's try for some slow, mostly steady progress.
Breakfast: Cheese sandwich, coffee
Again. Third day in a row where I decided not to take the time to do a sausage patty or crack open a bottle of OJ that I bought for the week.
Lunch: Turkey sandwich, Greek Gods plain greek yogurt plus strawberries
Again. Last of the turkey, last of the local berries. May see if I can get some more this weekend before the season ends.
Dinner: Home nachos
Avo oil chips, taco meat, cheddar, guac, jalapenos, salsa. Something different. Tasty.
And the capper, a root beer float.
