Glad to have another weekend day. Lots to do. Recharged a bit, I think, with a decent night of sleep. I was pretty tired yesterday, definitely feeling the shortage of sleep, heat and humidity.
Paid a modest price on the scale for yesterday's overindulgence. Following up on yesterday's thoughts, I really do think I need to make a real effort to purge a lot of the artificial crap from my diet. Just eat real food, not too much. That means eating home cooked meals too, I rely too much on takeout. I think I'm going to start the process by cleaning out some of the artificial crap from my pantry and fridge.
Oh, and I need to get more consistent with the sleep and the exercise. It's a three pronged thing. Eating is the biggest piece, but I won't make real progress unless I fix all three.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels w cream cheese, coffee
Not my finest effort. Too much yogurt. They puffed a bunch and then deflated hard. LOL.
Snack: Maiz lime tortilla chips, Matteo's cantina style salsa
Something I'll have to give up.
Lunch: 2x Wendys son of baconator
Speaking of things to give up.
Dinner: Steak, corn on the cob, a few chips, 12 oz Miller Lite, blueberry pie and vanilla ice cream. Pringles.
Meh.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, average extra walking.
