I was fully prepared for a jump on the scale today. Ate a lot yesterday, including a lot of carbs. Took in a massive amount of liquid dealing with the heat and humidity. I was steeled. And then ... no. Down fractionally. What a nice way to start the day.
To the contrary I was not prepared for it to be Monday. Boo. Was up insanely late last night, just didn't get to sleep even though I went to bed at a reasonable hour. Woke up after three or four hours with a cramp and I was so tired I fell back asleep in the recliner un-reclined. Can't remember the last time I fell asleep sitting upright with feet on the floor! It was a predictable struggle to get going.
Breakfast: Coffee
It helped.
Lunch: Super beefy soup, cheddar asiago cheese
Made soup yesterday, double beef, no celery, less carrot. Turned out fine. Hoping the extra beef provides extra satiety.
Dinner: 2x mexican 2x american tacos, 12 oz MI P1lsner, allulose vanilla ice cream w roasted blueberries
Tacos hit hard. Dessert was pretty tasty.
Exercise: Nope. A much needed day off.
