TGIF.
Rough day of eating to cap off a rough week. At least I got some real exercise.
Breakfast: McD BEC biscuit, hash brown, burrito. Coffee.
For whatever reason I was hungry. Was planning on some physical work but it didn't turn out that way.
Lunch: Soup, mashed potatoes
Had a cup of potatoes thawed so I dumped that in the soup. It was really good. Will do again.
Dinner: Deluxe pizza, 12 oz MI P1lsner, choc dunkers
Ate too much.
Exercise: Serious walk. 52 minutes. Lots of hills. It was a workout. Man I'm in lousy shape.
