Summer is just flying by. But I will say it's been a good one so far. TGIS. Nice to have a day off, though of course I have a million things I should be doing. But I am not going to.
Wataer release has been paused and after today's eating, it will be a couple days before it's back on track. I need to pound some water and electrolytes before bed to make sure I'm topped off.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast, coffee
Different place, same breakfast except no homemade jam.
Lunch: 12 oz light draft beer, jala good crisps
Snack.
Dinner: Bacon cheesburger pizza, vanilla allulose ice cream
Excessive, but good. Stupid wheat.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, lots of walking, LOTS of hills. Then about an hour and a half of spreading mulch etc. I am capital-t TIRED.
