We are getting there. Almost to the weekend. I can feel it. It's within reach. Just not yet. Patience.
Got extra sleep last night and I definitely could have slept even longer. I was hoping to be asleep by 9:30 but it was more like 10:30, then didn't get up until 7:30. I had hopes of changing my schedule, but didn't get there on either end. But that's okay. I did get some things done last night and did get to bed earlier, so it's not a complete fail.
I was also pleasantly surprised to see a significant drop on the scale. It was not a surprise, I moved a lot of water. But I would not have expected it. Yesterday was definitively NOT a low carb day. I probably had 300g, not 30g. And yet, bye bye water. Was it because nearly all of the carbs were in the form of potatoes? Other than the excessive chips at lunch and hash browns at dinner, I did not have many, just ten or so grams in the milk/cream. Oh, and the beer. Otherwise no wheat, no corn. Today will be something of a dietary repeat, so we'll see what happens. It would be most interesting if potatoes were not a big problem.
Breakfast: Coffee

Lunch: Soup with mash, smokehouse cheddar
I guess the cheese is different, and I didn't eat any chips because I don't have any. I miss being able to easily rotate photos in blogger.
Dinner: 3 eggs over medium in olive oil, hash browns, 4 strips thick cut bacon, 12 oz All Day IPA, chocolate allulose ice cream, cheddar chips
Too much, too late.
Exercise: Nope.
