Mild Cramps and Mild Other Crap

Let's hear it for massive amounts of exercise!

I had no idea what to expect this morning.  Yeah, I got in a ton of work yesterday, but I also ate a full breakfast and a ridiculous amount of pizza.  Drank a lot of water.  Didn't feel like the outflow continued.  So it was a mystery when I hopped on the scale.  Result: Way down.  Wow.  I'm pretty sure tomorrow will be a bit of a rebound, but still, it was nice.

A couple mild cramps toward morning, the second round just before six resulted in me thinking I was going to get up.  But no.  Instead I listened to my body (I kept dozing off) and went back to sleep.  Didn't get up until 9:00, several hours after I had planned.  As a result this morning is a mess and I'm not going to accomplish much of anything, but I'll get in as much as I can.

Update:  I actually had pep as I zipped around the grocery store!  It was notable.  Best I've felt in a while.  Didn't last all day, but it was great while it did.  Maybe I need more sleep.  I am currently expecting be well up tomorrow, I drank a TON of water during golf.

Breakfast:  Lazy bagels with plain Tillamook cream cheese, coffee


Always a fave.

Lunch:  Wendy's 2x son of baconator

Was super rushed, this wasn't a great choice.  I'm definitely not liking what's involved with most fast food.

Dinner:  Strip steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, 12 oz Miller Lite, blueberry trifle w vanilla ice cream.  Peanuts later


Sunday dinners.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, not as much walking as usual.
