Well, I guess day one of the July plan went okay, despite the audible to tacos for dinner. For whatever reason they don't result in major water retention, in fact I got rid of some though it was more notable on the scale than in real life. I'll take it. I'm still better off cooking and eating at home.
Also pleased with the ice cream with allulose experiment. Tasted good, no obvious issues, no sugar rush or crash. Will definitely get further testing. I used up all my cream so the next one is half and half with milk, once I use up the milk I'll try all half and half. Lots of flavor options still to experiment with too.
Breakfast: Coffee

Lunch: Leftover home ovencheeseburger
Yup.
Dinner: Smokehouse cheddar before golf. French dip sandwich, 12 oz Miller Lite. Orange julius protein ice cream
Definitely have felt a little off this evening. Not bad, just off. Anyway, the protein ice cream was decent. I'll probably have just regular ice cream with allulose more often, but this was a pretty good change of pace.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, average walking
