It had to be Monday again, didn't it?
Slept okay, feel okay. Small rebound on the scale, not a surprise. I'll be up again tomorrow then start the process of hopefully having a good rest of the week.
Breakfast: Coffee
And lots of it.
Lunch: Jimmy Johns East Coast Italian unwich style, dill pickle, diet lemonade
Work-related. Not ideal.
Dinner: 2x mexican, 2x american tacos, 12 oz All Day IPA, peanuts, angel food cake
I really need to not buy peanuts, I eat way too many when I do.
Exercise: Nope.
