Well, it could have been worse. Given the massive food intake yesterday I expected a gain and got one, but it wasn't huge. Doing some cooking this morning in hopes of a better week coming up.
Looks like Blogger is serious about taking away a bunch of photo functionality, so the future is a lot of portrait-oriented (or sideways) pictures. Boo.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels w Tillamook plain cream cheese, coffee
The store was wiped out of Meijer brand, all flavors, since it was on sale for 40 cents off. Tillamook wasn't that much more than Philly and the ingredient list is a lot cleaner. Too bad they stopped carrying the veggie variety and were out of chive and onion, but at least they had plain.
Lunch: Barbacoa, mashed potatoes, 2 strips thick cut bacon
Prep morning. Made soup, mash, bread dough with french flour, allulose ice cream bases and bacon.
Snack: Dot's honey mustard pretzels. Meh.
Dinner: Brats w mustard and dill relish, salad no dressing, corn on the cob, chips, 12 oz Miller Lite
Sunday dinners
Also: Big Mac, 2x McDouble, Coke, apple pie.
Exercise: 18 holes, decent extra walking. I am tired.
