No reason or explanation really but I felt leaner this morning. A fraction more nimble. Less bloated. Lots of ways to describe it ... except lighter. Same number as the morning before. Which is not a complaint, it's just a fact.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Extra beefy soup, cheddar asiago cheese
Again.
Snack: Beef jalapeno cheddar snack sticks
Had a bite before golf.
Dinner: French dip sandwich, 12 oz Miller Lite, good crisps
Tasty sandwich, but man I'm not ready to be done eating when it's gone. Got some mental work to do.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, not much extra walking.
