Not really happy about my schedule lately. I'm not getting much done in the evenings, but I still seem to go to bed later and later. The last two nights it has been well after midnight before I got to sleep. Unacceptable. Mornings are annoying enough as it is. I certainly did not get enough sleep last night.
Anyway, a tick up on the scale, which I'm sure I earned. Stupid chips and laziness.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yeah.
Lunch: Soup, colby pepperjack cheese
Again.
Dinner: Hot dogs on zero carb tortillas w KMRO, swiss cheese, 12 oz All Day IPA, popcorn, chocolate protein ice cream
Okay, I'm not wild about the protein ice cream. The texture is okay, I just don't love the taste. It's just off, probably due to the sweetener.
Ate too much today.
Exercise: Nope.
