Satiety Is Weird

Disposed of a little more water.  This is a good thing.

Interesting day.  I was never close to sated by lunch, by 4:30 I was very hungry.  Finally got dinner around 6:30.  I managed, barely, to talk myself out of supersizing my keto bowl.  Halfway through, I was happy that I had ... I was starting to feel sated.  When I finished, I felt good.  Didn't want more.  What a nice feeling ... and one I did not experience at all with lunch.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yeah.

Lunch:  5 eggs scrambled in a bit of olive oil, sliced smokehouse cheddar


Needed something fast, so eggs it was.

Dinner:  Keto bowl w ground beef.  A few good crisps, 12 oz MI P1lsner. 


Very tasty.  As I have said before, if they had a location in my town I'd eat this 3x a week.  As it is I get it often enough that one of the workers knows my order.

Planned on some allulose ice cream later but as of right now I am so comfortably full that I am likely to skip it.

Exercise:  Nope.  Looking forward to much golf.
