Happy 4th of July! Nice to have a day off.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, bacon, hash browns, raisin toast w homemade jam, coffee
Standard. A very fine effort by the kitchen staff.
Lunch: ~12 oz Coors Light, jala good crisps
Shouldn't eat the chips ldo. Need to not buy them, even when on sale.
Dinner: Home ovencheeseburger, 12 oz MI P1lsner, vanilla allulose ice cream
Racked with indecision, eventually just went burger. Added mustard and dill relish. With the ice cream I mixed in a few 85% dark chocolate chips I found at the mega health food store and some unsweetened coconut.
Afraid I have overdone it a bit with the eating today. Too many carbs between breakfast, beer and chips.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, above average extra walking
