Reptition Is The Key To Failure

Onward.  Going to try and do better today.

All areas need attention.  Less screen time.  Go to bed earlier and get up earlier.  Eat better.  Exercise more consistently.  Etc etc.  At least I've been fairly productive at work.  So there is that.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.

Lunch:  Soup, grilled cheese

Out of extra beefy soup so back to regular, of which I have a couple more.  Will need to restock this weekend.  Also the last of the homemade bread.  I impulse ordered some imported flour this morning, will be interested to see what that produces when I make it into bread.  Which, of course, means that I will be eating bread.  For lunch.  In the form of grilled cheese, mostly.

Dinner:  Keto bowl, CFA spicy, frosted lemonade, pringles

Sigh.   Multiple rounds of dinner.

Exercise:  Nope.
