Really packed a lot into today. Almost all work, too. But it needed to happen.
Minor dip on the scale, yeah. I like it. Almost a good eating day today too. Almost.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup, colby pepperjack cheese
Super express lunch.
Dinner: Chili cheese hotdogs in zero carb tortillas w primal kitchen ketchup, mustard, onion, dill relish. Avo oil chips. 12 oz MI P1lsner. Allulose chocolate ice cream w dark chips, unsweet coconut and peanuts.
All very tasty. Shouldn't have had chips but I did, otherwise fine. Btw, that's the full size of the "pint" - I'm intentionally making them small with only about a cup of milk/cream/half and half/whatever. I could make bigger ones and have leftovers but ... nah.
Exercise: Nope.
