After a holiday, a semi-holiday. Worked a half day, but am taking the afternoon to get some errands done and hopefully a little golf (weather-dependent). Edit: Mostly struck out on the errands - no pork in stock at the farm so I bought very little, no power at the place I went to look at a couch, and it didn't look like the new farm store I went to check out was open. Oh well. Another day.
I was fully prepared for a small gain this morning, so it was quite the surprise to see a sizable drop. I got in quite a bit of walking and some good disposing this morning but still, I was not expecting a drop let alone a big one. Hooray. Hopefully a couple more good days will keep that rolling.
Breakfast: Coffee

Lunch: Leftover home ovencheeseburgers on Cloudies
Remembered yesterday that I bought a box of Cloudies (zero carb buns) a while back, so I defrosted a couple over night and tried them. Not bad, it was nice having my burgers as sandwiches, but I'm not sure it elevated the experience all that much. I'll work on eating the rest -- need space in my freezer! -- but probably won't buy more soon.
Snack: Jalapeno good crisps
Looks like I need to add these to the "do NOT buy" list. I like them too much.
Dinner: CF sausage, cheddar asiago cheese, 12 oz MI P1lsner
Super late dinner.
Exercise: 18 holes w cart, not as much walking as usual. Still tired.
