I'm really, really confused. I had some doubts about what the scale would say this morning -- while I continued to get rid of water, I ate way too much last night including way too many chips. I felt kinda backed up when I got up. So I wasn't sure. And boom, it was down a bunch again. Sure, it's all water, but still, it's gone. Despite eating hundreds of carbs, mostly in potato form.
All I really did different yesterday was I added cheese at lunch and had chips in the evening instead of at lunch. Oh, and different flavor of ice cream. I got equivalent results. I don't understand, but I'll take it. Now we'll see about tomorrow, since today will not be the same. But yes, I will be buying more breakfast food and making more soup and mashed potatoes.
Breakfast: Coffee
Okay, this part will be the same. And I continued disposing of water this morning.
Lunch: Soup with mash, cheddar chips
So much better with the mash. Now out of chips, ate WAY too many, tbd if I can avoid buying more.
Dinner: Keto bowl, 12 oz All Day IPA, vanilla allulose ice cream
Good.
Exercise: Nope. Thank goodness the weekend is coming.
